What to do with all that pork?

Here is one of the easiest recipes to do.  Put the pork roast in your crockpot add a small bottle of salsa.  I like the green kind best but use what ever you like.  Then add 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic, 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder, 1/2 cup brown sugar and cook.  A half hour before shred the meat and add a brick of cream cheese.  Lower the heat.  Stir when melted.  Yum best pork ever.  Use on chips or over rice.
